We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retailer or experienced leader to join our dynamic and growing team and run Victorian Bird Company. You will possess an eye for detail, fantastic sales techniques, and excellent leadership qualities. This role will report directly to the operations manager.

What you’ll do:

· Build rapport with customers from all walks of life with your friendly and welcoming approach

· Determine needs to provide the right solutions to meet our customer’s requirements

· Drive to meet and exceed your and the store’s sales targets

· Merchandise displays well and leads the team to achieve the same.

· Be the point of call in the absence of Store Manager

What you’ll need:

· Previous retail experience is an essential

· Previous Management experience preferred

· A good work ethic

· A sales-focused attitude and the drive to meet sales targets

· Ability to be proactive and work to deadlines

· A firm understanding of completing the essential things vs. the urgent things

· Team player
